Who we are

WorkReady Internet is an independent retailer of residential internet service. We are not an internet service provider. This policy explains what information we collect when you use workreadyinternet.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you check an address

The street address, city, state and ZIP you enter. As you type, address suggestions come from Google, which receives the text you type. We look up the network at that address and keep the result so we can answer you and improve the service.

When you ask for plan details or a callback

Your name, email address and phone number, plus the answers you give: your employer, your current internet service, your training start date, and whether anyone else works from home at the address. We also keep the time you agreed to be contacted and the consent wording you saw.

Automatically

Your browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example the tags and click identifiers that ads add to a web address). We save those tags in your browser for up to 30 days so we can tell which ad or post led to your request. A random session number groups your visits together. Our hosting and analytics providers also receive your IP address as part of delivering the site.

How we use it

• To check availability and show you plans for your address.
• To contact you about your request by email, phone call or text message, and to help you place an order if you choose to.
• To understand which pages, posts and ads work, and to fix problems.
• To show our ads to people who visited the site, and to measure whether ads lead to requests.
• To meet legal obligations and keep business records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Internet service providers and our sales platform, so they can confirm availability and process an order when you ask us to.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and site analytics), and an email relay that delivers request notifications to us.
• Analytics and advertising tools: Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Clarity (usage recordings and heatmaps), and, when we run Google Ads, the Google Ads tag. These tools use cookies or similar technology and may receive the pages you view and the actions you take, such as checking an address or submitting a request.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies and ad choices

The tools above set cookies or use similar browser storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit ad personalization in Google Ads Settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. Blocking some tools will not stop the address check from working.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, then delete or anonymize them. Address check results and site usage data are kept to improve the service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, write to us at the address above or reply to any email we send you, and tell us what you want done.

Security

Our site runs over an encrypted connection and our database restricts who can read request details. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
