Concentrix requires high-speed internet with no wireless, hotspot, or satellite connections. Its postings specify 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download at minimum, and the wired requirement is a hard rule rather than a preference.

Concentrix routinely has more open US remote roles than any other BPO, and the connectivity rule is identical across nearly all of them.
Check in 30 seconds. If a wired connection is available, we'll set it up with Ethernet at your desk before your start date.
Check My AddressA wired connection — fiber, cable, or DSL — with an Ethernet cable from your computer to the router. Fiber is the strongest fit for Concentrix's requirements: upload speed matches download speed, latency stays low and consistent, and weather doesn't affect it.
If you're on satellite, a cellular hotspot, or 5G home internet, no speed test will get you past Concentrix's rule — the connection type is what's being checked. The fix is a wired line, installed with the Ethernet connection in the room where you'll work.
